Simone began this work after recognizing a significant gap in education around women’s bodies, pleasure, and healthy sexuality. Like many women, she experienced shame around curiosity, desire, and self-expression — despite being praised for beauty and intelligence.

These conflicting cultural messages led to painful relationship patterns, heartbreak, unsatisfying intimacy, and ultimately a failed marriage. Rather than accept these patterns, Simone committed herself to studying sexuality, relationships, communication, and embodied empowerment.
