The intention of using support elements is to understand the correct alignment of the postures, experimenting on the anatomical limits themselves.
Special 2-hour sessions led by the founders, Senior Sadhak Yoga teachers or special guests.
This practice is based on student and teacher research to find the movements and postures that are appropriate for practitioners who require some type of rehabilitation or for older adults.
They allow the integration of the work team, increasing trust and communication in an environment different from that of the office, reducing stress levels and increasing productivity.
This session is about understanding the fundamentals of the postures in a detailed manner. Through different exercises, the postures are “dismantled” by checking the alignment and emphasizing the anatomy and physiology of each posture and movement.
Our yoga system for children uses games and dynamics to achieve concentration, mindfulness, physical health and emotional control through children's breathing.
I started my San Miguel de Allende vacation perfectly-with a massage from Brenda at Lakshmi Massage. Tired and sore from traveling, Brenda helped my body and mind recalibrate and I felt ready to enjoy the days ahead. Brenda was skilled and applied the right amount of pressure during the massage.
