The intention of using support elements is to understand the correct alignment of the postures, experimenting on the anatomical limits themselves.

This practice is based on student and teacher research to find the movements and postures that are appropriate for practitioners who require some type of rehabilitation or for older adults.

This session is about understanding the fundamentals of the postures in a detailed manner. Through different exercises, the postures are “dismantled” by checking the alignment and emphasizing the anatomy and physiology of each posture and movement.
