You will explore the inner workings of the self; both light and dark during your time spent here. You will experience the deep healing and teachings of various shamanic medicines and have the time needed to explore your your process; while being held in nature to reclaim and integrate all aspects of the self that have been recovered, received and remembered.

This retreat is an intense journey into deep healing that helps clear the roots of emotional blocks and trauma, allowing you to live in a more authentic and natural way. Much of our experience in life is determined by limiting beliefs that have imprinted on us in our past. Both; energy medicine and shamanic medicines teach us the time honoured rituals and rhythms needed to show us these old patterns. They help us to recognize, release or integrate them to form new healthy belief systems that shifts our daily experience of life in a more wholesome and open-hearted direction.

While staying true to what has been proven to work time and time again; I have evolved this process into a highly effective retreat that is rooted in shamanism and includes the understanding of human consciousness, energy medicine and embodiment. Thus, understanding how shifting our thought patterns and beliefs can radically shift our human experience and create a new way of being in this life.

Throughout your retreat I will be available to help you understand your journeys and assist you in integrating your experience. I will provide insight and guidance on how to navigate the process, recognizing that everyone's healing journey is unique. The focus is always on healing and I will encourage you to push your comfort zone and step into new productive behaviours and patterns of thinking about yourself and those around you.

On this retreat you will have the opportunity to settle into being; to create space for yourself and find time alone to reflect and integrate your work, as this is an important part of the healing process.
