A gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction while improving your whole-body health and performance. It was pioneered and developed by Osteopathic Physician John E. Upledger, at Michigan State University, where he served as professor of biomechanics. CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and it's effective for a wide range of medical problems. During the release and alignment of the physical tissues there may be emotions, memories and patterns released to further restore balance, this is called Somato-Emotional Release.

By using time honoured rituals of ancient shamanic healing practices I will create a safe space for healing to manifest. In this session I will direct and move energy to restore harmony, balance and vitality within you; as well as, between you and your community, and between community and the spirit world. Using the natural forces of the earth and the cosmos we will discover insight, healing, and achieve a deep sense of connection and ease. Shamanic tools such as smudges, medicine bowls, healing holy waters, sound vibrations and hands on therapy may be used to aid in the healing processes; as we address and navigate any intense emotions, patterns and behaviours that may be coming up at this time in your session.

A powerful practice that heals soul loss and helps you to remember who you are. Soul loss occurs when we have unhealed past trauma and is a common cause for many illnesses. During this session I will work with the seen and unseen forces of the universe and ancient shamanic guides to retrieve the parts of yourself that have severed off in these traumatic moments throughout all time and space. I bring back these pieces and help you to reclaim them healed, whole, and holy. I will send you off with soul work exercise and tools to help you to understand and fully integrate the healing process.
This is a 2-part healing journey; one 75 minute session, followed by a 30 minute video chat integration/check-in call within 3-5 days of initial session.
