Nikky is infinitely inspired by the beauty she finds in the world & the connection she sees throughout all things. She has spent extensive years studying movement, growing up as a contemporary ballet dancer and then falling in love with yoga. Her background has also blessed her with years spent intimately connected to the ocean. She has trained with champion freedivers, learning to go 55 meters under the water and retain one breath of air for 5 minutes. Nikky has spent years studying and integrating tantra energetics within her practices. Supported among an amazing community in Southern California, she felt called to gather women together to embrace sisterhood connection, nourishing bonds between women and opening up deeper levels of feminine sensuality.

After studying and training in various techniques of breath healing, she has cultivated a reverence for the science and power of the breath. Nikky studied Yoga & Pranayama at Paramahansa Yogananda’s Self-Realization Fellowship during her years living in California, and has since received additional breath trainings & certifications in Somatic Breathwork & Shamanic Breathwork.

Her work invokes the divine feminine healing energy of Gaia, our endlessly supportive and abundant Mother Earth, alchemizing the potent energy from the elements and activating heightened states of prana and consciousness. Honoring the wisdom of the body and the sacredness of these practices and teachings, the offerings she shares presents a moment to cleanse energetically, realign physically and emotionally & deepen our connection to the radiant source of divinity that is blooming within all of us.
