Her intimate relationship with the ocean shaped her spiritual path. Training with champion freedivers, she learned to descend 55 meters underwater and hold a single breath for up to five minutes—cultivating profound nervous system control, presence, and surrender.
This mastery of breath informs the depth and safety of her work today. Her work bridges breath science, tantra energetics, somatic awareness, and elemental wisdom—inviting you into deeper embodiment and radiant self-connection.
