Pain is an epidemic - preventing us from performing at our best. Your pain is preventable, treatable & within your grasp to heal.
Fascia is a thin casing of connective tissue that surrounds & holds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fiber and muscle in place. The tissue does more than provide internal structure, fascia has nerves that make it almost as sensitive as skin.

Self myofascial release uses special balls along with breath work and elements of alignment, anatomy and mental awareness.
Learn to target your blind spots that need regular maintenance and attention or your limited/painful areas that need release.

Sessions focus on the science of pain physiology and fascia fundamentals to help improve mobility, erase pain and enjoy more comfort in your movement & life.

It is what you learn on the way down. Yoga is an opportunity to be curious about who you are. Anybody can breathe. Therefore anyone can do yoga. It can add years to your life and life to you years.

​Shelly teaches several types of Yoga from vigirous to restoratve. Most importantly is finding a practice you enjoy and can encorporate regularly to your lifestyle.

Stress is unavoidable. Learning to manage stress effectively is a helpful and important skill. The vagus nerve connects the brain and gut and plays a role in our mental health and gut health! 

The vagus nerve largely contributes to the the nervous system. Stimulating this one nerve, affects fatigue, anxiety, brain fog & so much more! Whether you have gut, sleep, anxiety or general stress issues, learning techniques to stimulate the a your vagus for better menatl health can change your life.

Strength doesn't come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn't do! Strength training helps you burn calories even when you are not doing anything. So a session with Shelly will continue to burn calories & benefit you long after.
