Leah transmits her connection to the crystal realm through sound using crystal instruments and her voice. Sessions can last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on the energy of the. A session consists of simply lying down, relaxing, closing one’s eyes and basking in the sounds of the crystal bowls and voice. The vibrations emitted re-attune the energy frequencies of the physical and subtle bodies resulting in a higher state of overall 

well-being. Leah offers sessions 1-1, for groups, couples, private retreats, bachelorette parties and more.

A session consists of the receiver lying down for 45 minutes while crystals are placed on and around the body. The person is fully clothed during the session, preferably wearing white or light colored clothing. Each session is unique, depending on personal need and can also include (depending on the energy of the session) a 

guided meditation with the crystals, channeled messages from a crystal, and reiki. The sessions induce a deep sense of relaxation, release stress and pain and promote energy balance.
