Emma is a student of the Leaf practicing Cha Dao or The Way of Tea under the linage of the Tea Sage Hut in Taiwan.
She has traveled to the Tea Center in Miaoli, Taiwan and worked closely with AY^AM, supporting the Tea space in both Los Angeles, CA and Tesuque, NM.
Emma has traveled offering Tea and facilitating ceremonies around the world.
Tea Ceremony - Cha Dao or “The Way of Tea”
Offers us the space to remember our connection to nature. This offering is an introduction to ‘bowl tea’ and the essence of simplicity and meditation.
We will share tea together in silence and connect to this plant teacher as a bridge to the meditative mind while we cultivate inner harmony and awakened presence.
The ceremony typically lasts between 1-1.5 hours. There will be a few moments at the end for discussion, reflection and questions.
